Interpretation

  • “Orders” means a confirmed request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • “Website” refers to medico.vibeinfotech.com.

  • “You” means the individual, hospital, clinic, or organization accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and are non-refundable.

  • Medico by Vibe Infotech does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions or marketing campaigns.

  • There will be no refunds or credits for partial months or unused campaign periods.

  • In order to maintain fairness and consistency for all clients, no exceptions will be made to this policy.
